Privacy policy

When you submit a booking, quotation request, rate inquiry or support ticket we collect your name, company, email address, mobile number, site location and the details of the job you describe.

If you attach a site plan or photograph, that file is stored privately and is only accessible to the Titan depot team.

We use your details to confirm availability, prepare a written quotation, arrange delivery or collection, and to contact you about an active hire.

Your mobile number is used for hire-related communication, including WhatsApp where you have contacted us that way. We do not sell or rent your details to third parties.

Enquiries are visible to authorised Titan staff in the admin console and are emailed to the depot inbox so a human can respond.

If you are signed in when you submit an enquiry, you can view that enquiry and its status from the customer portal.

Hire records are retained for as long as necessary to support the hire agreement, invoicing and statutory record-keeping obligations.

You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not result in a hire by contacting the depot.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to retain it.

This site uses only the storage required to keep you signed in to the portal and to remember your session. We do not run advertising trackers.
